The couple, both Americans, chose to get ready together, creating an atmosphere of closeness and intimacy. Sabrina, a stylist with impeccable taste, wore a stunning aqua-green gown by J Mendel and floral-patterned shoes by Emilia Wickstead, perfectly reflecting her sophisticated yet joyful personality. Gudiolo is a small village in Umbria, a central Italian region celebrated for its natural beauty and rustic charm. What remains today of Gudiolo is a 13th-century watchtower, later transformed into a private residence owned by Madeleine Stein, a woman who chose to preserve and enhance this historic structure. Madeleine plays a key role in this story because Sabrina and James stayed at her property, fell in love with it, and decided to return years later to marry there.

On their wedding day, the couple arrived at the private villa in Gudiolo with its breathtaking panoramic views. Waiting for them on the terrace were 30 guests, ready to share a deeply emotional moment. The event was orchestrated by wedding planner Monia of MOwedding. The short, heartfelt ceremony, held on the tower’s panoramic terrace overlooking the Umbrian landscape, made the occasion truly unforgettable.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails by the pool, but the mood of the sky soon shifted. Dark clouds rolled in, and a long, heavy rain disrupted the plans for an outdoor dinner. The MOwedding team sprang into action, quickly covering the imperial table, but the weather ultimately forced everyone to take shelter inside the villa.

Despite the unexpected turn of events, the atmosphere remained vibrant: the guests entertained themselves with songs, toasts, and shared moments that added a spontaneous touch to the day. When the rain finally stopped, the team swiftly restored the setup, allowing the celebration to continue. Adding to the cinematic charm was the arrival of low-hanging clouds gracefully floating around the table. Dinner began with heartfelt speeches, toasts, and delicious Umbrian dishes that honored the richness of the local cuisine. The long imperial table, adorned with colorful yet elegant details, became the heart of the evening.

To cap off the celebration, the couple and their guests returned to the poolside for the final party. Sabrina, with a change of outfit, chose to kick off her shoes and dance barefoot under the stars, embodying the free-spirited and joyful energy that defined the entire day.
