Wedding at Borghi dell’Eremo. Borghi dell’Eremo is a breathtaking location nestled between Umbria and Tuscany, set within a 500-hectare nature reserve. This dreamy venue hosted the destination wedding of Talia and Nick, an American couple who chose Italy to celebrate their love in a romantic and refined setting.
Wedding at Borghi dell’Eremo – Talia and Nicholas
The wedding, organized by Chechic Wedding at Borghi dell’Eremo, was a truly unforgettable event. The couple got ready in the rooms behind the venue’s iconic little chapel. The outdoor ceremony, overlooking the valley, was adorned with a stunning floral arrangement in shades of pink, orange, and white. Instead of the traditional rice toss, the newlyweds opted for a colorful fireworks display, adding a unique touch to the celebration.
“Talia and Nick’s wedding was a feast for the senses,” says Alessandra from Che Chic! Weddings. “Every detail was meticulously planned—from the handcrafted stationery to the innovative oval table arrangement and a color palette inspired by Italy’s natural beauty.”
The reception left guests speechless: a circular table setup, half decorated in pink tones and the other half in orange, with an extraordinary level of detail. A drone photograph of the setting quickly went viral on social media, showcasing the originality and beauty of the design. “Planning a wedding in Italy was definitely stressful at times, but so rewarding and completely worth it!” shared the couple. “The time zone difference between California and Italy meant that most of the planning was done via email, but Alessandra and the Che Chic! Weddings team were incredible every step of the way.”
The wedding cake—a traditional millefoglie with fresh fruit—was prepared live in front of the guests, entertaining them during the final speeches. The night ended with an electrifying party on a black-and-white checkered dance floor. The breathtaking photos of this wedding, captured by Matteo Lomonte and Federica Ariemma, preserved every magical detail of the event.
This stunning wedding was also featured on the blog “Green Wedding Shoes” recognizing the uniqueness of both the event and the location.
