About 8 years ago, I met Simona and Andrea when we took photos of their first daughter Vanessa.
Since that day I have photographed their family on many occasions.
Until their wedding.
Simona writes me a message from Luxembourg to ask me on which days I was available. I was their first choice.
Federica and I told about their wedding at the Chiusa di Chietri, surrounded by their three children and their families.
So sure of their choice, they entrusted us with important decisions on that day affected by the rain, such as the choice of the location of the ritual as they were forced to give up the outdoor location overlooking the trulli.
It would have been the ideal opportunity for a wedding planner to predict, support, sustain and reschedule that day. Despite this, the love surrounding Andrea and Simona was so much that the rain took a back seat.
