In 2014 I resigned from my old job and without ever photographing a wedding. A couple of crazy friends decided to entrust me with the photo shoot of their most important day. It was 2015 when I shot Angela & Daniele’s wedding. It was my first wedding ever. I was very honored, despite the great responsibility that weighed on me like a boulder, and let’s face it, even for a small dose of unconsciousness. After 5 years, they phoned me giving me wonderful news, and asking me once again to tell the story of their life. This time taking pictures of waiting for their little one.
A wheat field at sunset, when the sun turns golden and hides behind the wind turbines, a strong wind, on a day when the threat of a thunderstorm was imminent. Instead Federica and I were able to take some magnificent photographs together with our couple playing with the rays of the sun that made space between the trees and the shadows that were created on the newly harvested wheat field.
We are in Puglia, in Foggia.
